How It Started

Founded at India with an aim to redefine the Human Resources function. We have started our Operations based at Hyderabad in the year 2002. we have been successful in bagging the HR Functional Outsourcing contract within 1 month of operation, which meant a great historic achievement in managing HR Function and Outsourcing the same.

Today we are the people who are synonymous with HR Function Outsourcing. We re-defined the way the HR Function Management is Outsourced with 7+ years & 80+ customers and continue to work with each of them.

Nina E. Woodard – Chief Consultant – US/India

Ms. Woodard serves currently as the President and Chief ‘N’ Sights Officer for Nina E. Woodard & Associates. Using customized executive coaching and strategic business consulting strategies, Ms. Woodard strives to heighten confidence in business leaders as they move into the Indian market place, help them increase their understanding of the cultural nuances influencing business in India and to engage in more meaningful and productive communications with India colleagues all for the purpose of increase business results.  Husys & Nina E Woodard Associates has entered into a strategic alliance to support their businesses in US & India for mutual benefit.  She is also an Academic Advisor to InHusys Business School, India.

Prior to founding Nina E. Woodard & Associates, Ms. Woodard served as the Executive Director for Strategic Human Resource Management India Pvt. Ltd.  a wholly own subsidiary of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) US.  In that role she assisted in building the new business entity in India and to provide support for Business Development and Marketing efforts.  Prior to her position with SHRM India, Nina served as the Managing Director of Aradhanaa Human Resources Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. her own Indian based company founded in June 2002. 

In May 2002 she retired from her position as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for Standard Chartered Bank, PLC, a London headquartered International Bank, whose focus is primarily in Emerging Markets to build her own global consulting practice.

Nina’s career has encompassed 32 years in the field of banking.  Her rich Human Resources background includes leadership roles in practical day to day activity as well as significant change initiatives, including M and A work and establishing a shared services center for finance.  She has worked across North, Central and South America, in the Middle East and in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.   These experiences have given her a truly global business perspective.  In all of her roles she worked as an HR Strategic Business Partner with the line managers she supported. 

She has a Bachelors Degree in Management and is currently working on her Masters.  She also has a Graduate degree in Banking from Pacific Coast School of Banking.  She is a graduate of American Banking Institute Graduate School of Human Resources and is certified a Senior Professional in Human Resources(SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources(GPHR) by Society for Human Resource Management.

Sheela Reddy - Chief Consultant –India

Sheela has to her credit a Masters in English and a Post graduate Diploma in HR from XLRI. She has over 20 years of rich and varied experience in various organisations and held Senior level leadership positions in the last three organisations. She has traveled across the globe and acquired cross cultural inputs for creating and sustaining best HR Systems. Her experience covers the complete spectrum from Operations to Strategy across all functions of Human Resource Development. She has been part of Tata Steel,ITW Signode India Limited, d, NATCO Pharma Limited, Satyam Computers Services,Nipuna Services Limited, Maytas Properties Limited.

 She has been handling the corporate role for many years and responsibilities included People strategy, Talent Acquisition, Retention and Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, PCMM initiatives, Corporate Learning and Human Resources Outsourcing. Setting up of overseas HR operations (at Satyam) in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Japan and Africa. 

During her career she received various Professional Recognitions and Awards including The Best Leader award She was also recipient of ‘Indira Super Achievers Award’ (Dec 2006) from the Indira Group of Institutes, Pune and Fun and Joy of work, Mumbai. The Indira Super Achievers Award recognizes professionals who have excelled and “made a difference” to their corporation.

GR Reddy - Founder and Chief Facilitator

GRCommonly known as GR did his Post Graduate in Business Administration (MBA) specialized in Human Resources, Bachelors degree in Law and has a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi (Affiliated to American Society for Training & Development-ASTD). He has authored "1st Job" for the benefit of Students who are looking at to hit the first job for their career. He is the founder of Husys Consulting with a unique concept of HR Function Management for Organizations. GR has over 17 Years of corporate experience in the area of Human Resources and worked in different parts of India during his career. He has been the part of HR teams in Organizations of repute like - Intelligroup Asia Limited (Head – HR & Training), Intergraph India Limited, Satyam Enterprise Solution Limited (Currently Satyam Computer Services Ltd), Blue Dart Express Limited, J.K. Synthetics Limited. He has also conducted large number of training programs, Facilitation programs & Manager Education programs in various Organizations where he covered more than 2000 employees across the Industry on various aspects of Human/Managerial Soft Skills.

As an Entrepreneur, he has also trained employees of the various Organizations to name a few includes Infosys, Pioneer, Lanco Global, IvyComptech, BaaN, Cysphere, LiveTech Solutions, Concorde Motors(Tata Group), MANAGE, ASCI, NICMAR, Hyderabad Management Association and many other organizations. He has also been a mentor for professionals in different industry who have been taking help in their personal growth. He has also been the Guest Faculty and Course Auditor at various National and International Institutions.

Sudhakar Kumar, Director - Operations

Sudhakar Commonly known as Sudhakar is a specialist in revolutionizing the Concept of HR Function Outsourcing (HRFO). He holds a Post Graduate in Human Resources Management & Bachelors degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He has extensive experience in building and managing HR Function for organisations.

He started his career with Husys as entry level trainee and eventually moved in the career as Head – Operations.He spearheaded support for all the clients of Husys since inception. He has over 1130 hours of consulting Experience in Business HR and and also hiring expertise of more than 350 resources. He has very good Corporate experience in the area of Human Resources and is responsible for client service excellences for all the services of Husys. He has served & managed multiple clients of various Business domains in the Business HR Practices and during JV/Mergers.

He worked on various Organisational / HR assignments, which include HR Quality improvement (ISO Implementation), Strategic Recruitments, Employee bonding and welfare Compensation Management, Organisational Structuring & Redesigning and Performance Management System for Client Business Improvement.

He is facilitator & trainer for many customized training programs on Behavioral Trainings and Human Resources Practices.

Naresh Deevi , Associate Partner

NareshCommonly known as Naresh after his Masters in Business Administration associated with Husys in building their HR Consulting & Training Practice. Naresh's Graduation in Computer Application has helped him to have a good blend of IT with Business HR. He has developed various HRIS models which are on web-based model, he currently Head-BPC: HR Consulting and Training.

At Husys, he has been instrumental in supporting our clients including... Indian School of Business (ISB), Advanced Mining Technologies, Maytas Infra & Properties, Byrraju Foundation,Vijay Engineering,Vasavi Prosoft and many more.

He has been instrumental in Setup and Incubating Blueliner Marketing Inc (USA) in Hyderabad and with a credit of building the first core team. He worked on various Organisational / HR assignments, which include Recruitments, System/Process Documentation & implementations, Employee Bonding, Performance reviews, Employee Counseling and Training & Development. His articles on education, management and society were published in Eenadu ( No. 1 Telugu News paper).

During his career he has experience of recruiting over 75 resources including the Sr. Management Positions. He has also been part of many training programs and supporting the team in conducting training programs, his remarkable achievement was into student training and holds the credit to train over 600 students in shaping up their careers in HR.

Kalyan Duvva , Associate Partner

KalyanCommonly known as Kalyan joined to add value to Husys with his best of Business Acumen after his Masters in Business Administration.He is a Core HR Function Outsourcing Specialist from the day one of his assignment and currently the Head-BPC-HRFO.

He has been instrumental in setting-up of HR Function and managing on a regular basis. and creating a working support for HRFO clients of Husys all across India. He worked on various organizational assignments, which includes recruitments, organizational Development, Systems / Process, documentation & implementation, HR Quality Process (ISO implementation) , Employee Bonding, Performance management reviews, Employee Counseling, Employee Development.

Has been part of designing & executing training programs. His remarkable achievement in training Management graduates & shaping their careers into HR. His articles on Education, Management and Society were published/Aired on Newspapers and Media.
