We have started our Operations based at Hyderabad in the year 2002. we have been successful in bagging the HR Functional Outsourcing contract within 1 month of operation, which meant a great historic achievement in managing HR Function and Outsourcing the same.

Today we are the people who are synonymous with HR Function Outsourcing. We re-defined the way the HR Function Management is Outsourced with 5+ years & 60+ customers and continue to work with each of them.

GR Reddy - Founder and Chief Facilitator

He holds a PG in Management, Graduate in Science, Graduate of Law and Diploma in Training Development (ISTD). Brings with him an impressive 14+ years of career with top Indian and Multinational companies in India. He has worked with JK Synthetics, Blue Dart Fedex, Satyam Computer Services, Intergraph and last assignment as Head-HR & Training for Intelligroup Asia Limited. He assumed the role of Chief Facilitator to build Husys as an Organisation managed for people by the people.

Sudhakar Kumar, Director - Operations

He holds a PG in HR Management and started his career with Husys and been able to manage HR Function Outsourcing for multiple clients. He had an experience of starting more than 5 companies from incubation stage and help them to manage the HR Function. He is also a consultant to many organization as HR Facilitator & Manager.
